System Accuracy Tests (SAT)

The System Accuracy Test (SAT) is performed to detect and quantify any deviation in furnace instrumentation accuracy and determine if the deviations are within acceptable limits. The SAT monitor and record data during a typical heating cycle while comparing the readings generated from both systems. 

  • Accurate and timely reports to industry, aerospace primes or unique user requirements,

  • Self-checking reports for compliance to standards or user requirements,

  • Scalable to include temperature, humidity, pressure, vacuum measurements, and others,

  • Electronic notifications for any out of tolerance conditions and follow-ups to reminder users

  • Alternate SAT/SAT Waiver Platform included
